My name is Shiru and after starting a blog that failed to take off I went back to the drawing board and decided to start afresh. If you have ever started a personal project that didn’t turn out how you expected you feel my pain. I realized though that I wasn’t providing what my readers wanted and my strategy changed. My goal now is to serve (you) my reader, to provide genuinely useful information that easy to consume.
I am a CPA and Financial Planner by profession. I have a Bachelor’s and two graduate degrees from Bentley University – an MBA in Business Administration and Financial Planning and MS in Accounting so you can say I like numbers.
Here I hope to inspire/guide/help you to manage your money better, live a more healthy lifestyle while still fueling your passion to travel.
The quote below lit a fire under me:
“Most people die at 25 and aren’t buried until they are 75”
Benjamin Franklin
The corporate rat race is sadly just that and I needed an outlet that was both fulfilling and rewarding. Any information that you read here has been researched and vetted by experts. There are no shortcuts. I have either experienced what I publish or used the views of experts.
I hope you’ll join me on this journey. Thanks for stopping by. You could do so many other things with your time but you have chosen to be here and I genuinely appreciate your time.
