Have you struggled to come up with breakfast meals that are healthy and keto approved? I know I did when I started to the point where I would skip breakfast because it was too much of a hustle. A few searches later I found these keto breakfast recipes below that have literally changed my life.
These keto breakfast recipes are easy and accessible to make which is what everyone is looking for now.
Smoothie:
You are probably thinking like I was, “Will this satisfy me?” The answer is yes! My go to smoothie is an avocado and berry smoothie. I blend together half an avocado, ½ cup of blueberries, ½ cup of strawberries and a cup of almond milk. Occasionally I’ll add almond butter, but this will get you through the morning. I use my NutriBullet from Amazon.

Egg Breakfast Bowl:
This is as easy as it sounds. I make two eggs in the morning whichever style I want. I add avocado, spinach and bacon and I am fueled for the day. This is one of the most popular keto breakfast recipes that I have seen. Ut’s probably because it is such a simple breakfast.

Blue Berry Bread:
This bread will save your life! A co-worker of mine sent it to me and with a few adjustments when I have time over the weekend I bake the bread and eat it all week. Make sure you refrigerate it. As for the adjustments I make, I now use 3 eggs and a lot less sweetener. I found that it was too ‘eggy’ and sweet with the recipe here.

Keto No-Oatmeal:
This is exactly how it sounds. It is like oatmeal but with no oatmeal. I use three basic ingredients and you can make it as fancy as you want. Mix up hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax meal and almond milk together. Pour the dry mix ingredients out into a bowl every morning, add a cup of almond milk and put in the microwave for two minutes. I take it out occasionally to stir it. It gets very sticky so stir it up. I also add blue berries occasionally and some sweetener.

Chia Pudding:
This is such a versatile breakfast. You could mix it up any way you want to. I use 3 ingredients for this and add on more toppings depending on my mood. For this you should have chia seeds, pudding and berries. You can then add sweetener, almond butter, keto approved chocolate chips, coconut shavings and butter. The basic recipe can be modified to suit anyone’s preferences.
