My Favorite Keto Dinner Recipes in 15 – 30 Minutes

My Favorite Keto Dinner Recipes

When I started Keto I was super excited to see if it would work. My friends were raving about it and after being on some unsuccessful diets this was a last-ditch effort to lose pounds that I had piled on over time. With this came meal planning and these are my favorite keto dinner recipes that you can make in 30 minutes.

My Favorite Keto Dinner Recipes

The more research I did, the simpler I wanted to keep it. Trust me you don’t want to make the process overwhelming because trying to lose weight is hard all by itself. I wanted dinners or lunches I could make in less than 30 minutes including prep.

So here are my go-to dinners that I have adopted over time. All these recipes can be cooked in the same pan, no need to wash or use multiple pans which makes them my favorite keto dinner recipes.

Salmon Dinner

This is a recipe that I go back to all the time. I make it super simple because again I do not want to be in the kitchen for hours.

  4. Once cooked set aside.
  5. On the same skillet/non-stick pan add oil and the crushed garlic.
  6. Once the garlic cooks and it’s a wonderful smell add spinach, salt and pepper.
  7. Cook until wilted then put the salmon on top for 30 seconds.
